Heat, humidity, an earthquake and a hurricane – what a summer we’ve had!

At Bay Wellness, we hope you and your family had a safe and happy summer season and that the forces of nature didn’t keep you away from everything we love about summer in New Jersey. If anything did threaten to put a damper on your summer fun, hopefully you were able to turn to the physicians and staff at Bay Practices to help get you back on the road to enjoying all that the season offered you and your family!

As we turn to fall, we’re on the move at Bay Practices, continuing to deliver comprehensive care to meet the needs of you and your family.

This issue of Bay Wellness is full of important health information for your family, from back-toschool health concerns that teachers and parents need to know about to women’s health and wellness issues, plus the top health risks that young and middle-aged men can take steps to minimize.
